Book a CallInsightful, creative and passionate about his work, Dyfrig is an experienced, award-winning coach and facilitator who provides learning solutions for individuals, teams and organisations. His aim is to give people the space to see their potential, regardless of their background or experiences, so they can improve their performance at work. As a qualified coach, he works with leaders to help them identify challenges, explore opportunities and feel confident about the decisions they need to make. As a Learning and Development professional, he collaborates with leaders to establish clear aims, then creates a plan for creation, delivery and evaluation.
Dyfrig has, for over 20 years, facilitated manager, leader, team and organisational development initiatives for Thomas Cook, Barclaycard and the BGL Group, including its most well-known brand, comparethemarket. He has partnered with Investors in People, the Centre for Creative Leadership, Ashridge and Visa Business Schools and the Chartered Management Institute to deliver learning solutions.
In addition to working with his own coaching clients and customers, Dyfrig works as an associate for a number of selected professional organisations who provide coaching and facilitate learning, virtually and in person across the globe.
